Registration

Northeastern State University, Broken Arrow Campus, Professional and Continuing Education Department (NSUBA PCE) offers only non-credit courses.  Even though some courses may offer continuing education credits or certificates, they are not offered for college credit.   

Things You Should Know

Transfers/Credits/Refunds. If you cannot attend a course as planned, you will receive a NSUBA PCE credit voucher. You must inform NSUBA PCE prior to the first class meeting. Credit vouchers will be applied toward the cost of any future NSUBA PCE course within a year of date issued.  Special events and trips are non-transferable and non-refundable. Refunds are given only if a class is cancelled.  Refunds are issued by checks only.  NSUBA PCE reserves the right to change class locations, schedules, fees and/or instructors when necessary. No tape recording is allowed during class without prior permission from the instructor. NSUBA PCE is pleased to welcome and admit students 18 years of age and over of any race, color, religion, or national and ethnic origin to all classes. Students under 18 will be permitted only with prior consent of the instructor and staff.

Inclement Weather. NSUBA PCE will not issue refunds for classes which have been postponed due to inclement weather or other circumstances beyond our control.We will make every effort to reschedule such classes. Listen to Tulsa area media sources for announcements. 

 
5 Ways to Register

1. In person: NSUBA Professional & Continuing Education Department is located on the third floor of Building A in Office 329.  Our office hours are 8:30am till 5:30pm M-Th; 8:30am till 5:00pm F. 
2. By mail: Send your check or money order to: NSUBA Professional & Continuing Education, 3100 E. New Orleans St., Broken Arrow, OK 74014. 
3. By phone: Use your Visa/MC/AE to register during regular office hours by calling(918) 449-6106.
4. By fax: Fax the completed registration form with your Visa/MC/AE card information to (918) 449-6106, 24 hours every day.
